−	What about turkey? I'm asunimsg yes given that chicken is one of the preferred proteins and Tim does mention turkey bacon favorably in the SCD chapters. I'm a big fan of Shelton's Turkey Italian Sausage and Shelton's ground turkey. A good quality product and the sausage is basically turkey meat, fat and spices (no fillers) and the casings are beef-based.	+	== See also ==
