I have done a little investigation. The result: These phrases can be found on many sites on the internet. Apparently this is some kind of bot. Once adjusted to specific sites it returns periodically in order to leave its messages, probably based upon a set of predefined phrases. If I am right, the spook can be easily stopped by disturbing the automatic procedure. Since the bot seems to address the subheading "Biological significance" I am gonna change this subheading.
