			This danger is basically impossible. Disease organisms are parasites, which need to evolve to take advantage of their host species, and overcome their host's defences. With no mammals on Mars, what creatures would evolve to take advantage of them? We are more likely to catch Dutch Elm Disease, than a get sick from a microorganism designed to live in an airless, high radiation, ultra cold, etc. etc. environment.
