Articles imported from, or based mainly on Wikipedia articles should be tagged {{wikipedia}} and artiles should be prefixed with "GFDL:" (i.e. "GFDL:Eccentricity") to comply with the requirements of the GNU Free Document License.
You can create a new category with this button. Leave the word Category: in place and add the name of your new category after it.

You will still need to enter [[Category:Wikipedia Based Articles]] in your new category to have it show up in this list. If you wish to include this template, then add the line {{CreateCat}} also.
