The following is a development log of the Mars Society Chapters Theme based on the new design of www.MarsSociety.org which was released on July 1, 2019.

Set up github repo https://github.com/marssociety/tms2020-chapters
git clone https://github.com/marssociety/tms2020-chapters
Copy all understrap-child files into tms2020-chapter folder.
8/5/2019:
Made several CSS changes and template changes.
Upgrades to dependencies via npm update and npm audit fix.
Installed latest @babel/core and gulp-babel and gulp-postcss
Still having some security vulnerabilities
