There are two types of mass drivers (theoretically): Pure mass drivers with catchers in orbit, and projectile mass drivers that send elements that can put themselves in orbit by trajectory change.

Interesting idea. However, the Mass Driver page seems very similar, although with a different name, perhaps to be combined?

In the text the position of a space elevator might be slightly off the equator; it seems that the horizontal force for a not perfectly vertical space elevator could be handled by regular constructions, but to be confirmed.

The text also could be clearer regarded chemically driven rockets proposals and actual rail guns/magnetic lauchers/mass drivers.

The space Elevator has problems with Phobos.

The mass driver probably has a much higher mass throughput than a space elevator, that is very long and required a large number of cars, or of 'ways' to get any kind of volume to space.
