James L. Burk is the IT Director for The Mars Society, is the organizer for the Seattle and Southern California chapters, is a Steering Committee member and a Founding Member (since 1998). He is the current Chair of the Marspedia Governing Council.


Current Positions

He is the Vice President of The Moon Society since January 2018, as well as the founding Vice President & Webmaster back in 2000. In July 2018, he edited the 1000+ page book A Pioneer's Guide to Living on the Moon, published by Luna City Press (the Moon Society's publishing imprint.)
