StarCrete

StarCrete is a form of concrete made out of starch (say potato starch), a pinch of table salt, and regolith. It is twice as strong as normal concrete (even stronger if made of Lunar regolith). 25 kg of dehydrated potatoes is enough to create half a tonne of concrete.
