This meeting did not have quorum and this was not able to convene. For the purposes of our inactive clause of your Bylaws, the attendees were the following:
Attendees: James Burk, Nicole Willett, Bruce Mackenzie
Did not attend: Susan Martin, Carie Fay, Lucinda Offer, Mike Stoltz, James Gholston, Mike Delaney, Rose Dieteman
We mostly discussed the logo change and our plans for 2018.
