Hal Fulton is Vice President of MarsDrive (www.marsdrive.com) and author/compiler of The Space Activist's Handbook. Besides being a space enthusiast and activist, he is a computer programmer and author, with two degrees in computer science. Active in the Ruby community, he wrote The Ruby Way, which was the second Ruby book in the English language.
