English: Rootless cones in the Phlegra Dorsa region of Mars, formed by lava interacting with ice, as seen by HiRISE. Location is 25.988 N and 173.729 E.

Acquisition date: 04 January 2008 Local Mars time: 2:24 PM Latitude (centered): 25.910 degrees Longitude (East): 173.760 degrees Range to target site: 292.6 km (182.9 miles) Original image scale range: 29.3 cm/pixel (with 1 x 1 binning) so objects ~88 cm across are resolved Map projected scale: 25 cm/pixel and North is up Map projection: EQUIRECTANGULAR Emission angle: 6.2 degrees Phase angle: 46.1 degrees Solar incidence angle: 40 degrees, with the Sun about 50 degrees above the horizon Solar longitude: 12.5 degrees, Northern Spring For non-map projected products: North azimuth: 97 degrees Sub-solar azimuth: 340.7 degrees For map-projected products
