My name is Ian O'Neill, one of the administration team maintaining Marspedia and principal webmaster for the Mars Foundation™ website MarsHome.org. I am a solar physicist by trade so my Mars interests are likely to have some connection with the Sun (unless I get poked by a big pointy stick and told to focus).
We need a continuous supply of content for this Marspedia effort, so please add anything you have into the wiki. Don't worry about formatting if you are unfamiliar with this system, I'm sure one of our admin staff will be there to help out (besides, creating a bloody mess is a good thing!). For now, check the help pages for more...
Some templates I've added
- {{User Mars Settlement}} - A fun userpage "tag" showing your enthusiasm for Mars settlement (with a link to a Mars Foundation research project - in this case the hill-side concept, but will most likely be changed once more pages arrive with general pages on Mars settlement). You can see it in action in my right-hand Bits & Bobs sidebar. Ioneill 20:32, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- {{message}} - A more useful template for creating a quick link to your "My Talk" page. Creates a box with the text: Please leave a new message (see bottom of this page). Code adapted from Wikipedia userpages. Ioneill 23:11, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
