The moons of Mars and other planets are also refered to as moons. This is what gives an advantage to having a name, Luna, for Earth's moon that is distinct from the generic term, moon. Terminology changes for reasons and people who just insist on old terminology on the basis of tradition when the new is being used should at least not make a nuisance by trying to force others to keep the outmoded terminology.--Farred 04:59, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
