This meeting did not have quorum and this was not able to convene. For the purposes of our inactive clause of your Bylaws, the attendees were the following:

Did not attend: Susan Martin, Nicole Willett, Mike Delaney, Rose Dieteman, Carie Fay
We mostly discussed the logo change.
