Solar concentrator

A solar concentrator is an alternative to photovoltaic power. A solar concentrator concentrates the power of the sun onto a working fluid. One such device to be used with a solar concetrator is a stirling engine. On Mars, due to the lower temperature, the working fluid would not be water.
