The human Immune System is influenced by several factors on Mars.
A colony lives in an artificial environment with a different microbial composition. Many dangerous germs do not exist. Other germs may behave different.
There is evidence that many people develop an allergy if grown up without frequent contact to other children.
The lower gravity on Mars influences the human immune system.
